Cancellation Policy for Tribu Hair Studio
At Tribu Hair Studio, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that we can continue to offer high-quality services to all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your appointment time will be subject to a late cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
2. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost. This fee will need to be settled before booking any future appointments.
3. Late Arrivals:
- Please be punctual for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service and it will be considered a last-minute cancellation, subject to the late cancellation fee.
4. Prepaid Appointments:
- If you have prepaid for your appointment and cancel within the required notice period, the prepaid amount can be applied to a future appointment.
- If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to show up, the prepaid amount will be forfeited.
5. Exceptions:
- We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation on a case-by-case basis.
6. Booking Confirmation:
- All appointments will be confirmed via email or SMS. Please ensure that your contact details are up to date to receive timely reminders.
